1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This offer is addressed to an unlimited group of persons and is published on the Internet at mitspace.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

1.3. By accepting the offer (paying for the ticket), the Buyer confirms that they have full legal capacity and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2. DEFINITIONS

Offer – this public offer published on the Website. Buyer – a natural or legal person who has accepted the Offer and paid for the ticket. Event – the event for which the ticket is purchased. Ticket – an electronic ticket (e.g. in PDF or QR format) confirming the right to participate in the Event.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver, and the Buyer undertakes to purchase, a ticket for the Event on the terms and conditions set out in this Offer.

4. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

4.1. The purchase is made via the Website, where the Buyer selects the Event and makes the payment.

4.2. Payment can be made using electronic payment systems, including bank cards, BLIK, quick transfers, and other methods available at the time of purchase.

4.3. After confirmation of payment, the Ticket will be sent to the Buyer to the email address provided.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Seller undertakes to:

— deliver a correctly issued ticket in online form;

— ensure that the Event is held in accordance with its description on the Website;

— consider Buyers’ requests and complaints within a reasonable time.

5.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

— provide true contact details when placing an order;

— make payment for the ticket in a timely manner;

— use the ticket solely for personal purposes and in accordance with the Event regulations.

6. TICKET RETURNS

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return the ticket and receive a 100% refund of the ticket price if the cancellation is made no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before the date of the event.

6.2. In the event of cancellation of participation in the event less than 7 calendar days before the date of the event, the Seller reserves the right to:

— retain the full ticket price,

— or, if technically possible and there are free places available, offer the Buyer a transfer to another Event of similar value taking place in the current calendar month.

6.3. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the payment was made, within 14 business days of the Seller’s confirmation of the relevant basis for the refund.

6.4. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the Event at the initiative of the Seller:

— if the new date of the Event is convenient for the Buyer, their place shall be retained without the need for re-registration;

— if the Event has been canceled or the new date does not suit the Buyer, the Seller may offer participation in another similar Event in the current calendar month (if there are places available);

— at the Buyer’s request, a full refund of the ticket price may be made.

7. LIABILITY

7.1. The Seller shall not be liable for:

— unauthorized use of the ticket by third parties;

— cancellation or change of the date of the Event for reasons beyond the Seller’s control;

— interruptions in the operation of payment systems or e-mail that are beyond the Seller’s control.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. All materials posted on the Website, including texts, images, logos, and design, are the intellectual property of the Seller. The use of these materials without the Seller’s written consent is prohibited.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1. All legal relations between the Buyer and the Seller shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.

9.2. Any disputes arising from this Offer shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

10.1. This Offer shall enter into force upon its publication on the Website and shall remain in force indefinitely until its withdrawal or amendment.

10.2. The contract shall be concluded upon confirmation of payment for the ticket.

10.3. If any provision of this Offer is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
